Hawkeye #07, by David Aja
Marvel has released the new cover for Hawkeye #07, which will be a special issue focusing on Hurricane Sandy. In addition, Matt Fraction will be donating his pay for the issue to hurricane relief efforts.
The issue will be told in two parts, one focusing on Brooklyn and the other in New Jersey. In addition, two guest artists, Steve Lieber and Jesse Hamm, will be taking on the art duties. One part of the story will be about Clint Barton, the other about Kate Bishop.
Fraction has dared his fans to make the issue a success, saying “…it occured to me that if this is too successful that this could be the most painful check that I ever write…but c’mon, make it hurt!”
Hawkeye #07 will be released on January 16.
